Matthew Wollack: C.E.O. and Founder

Matt has been the vision and driving force for the development and architecture of the Noble Child solutions.  With a BA and MSW both from the University of Michigan, and a 12 Years helping to lead Michigan’s largest child welfare agency, Matt has expertise and understanding of the intricacies of the child welfare and juvenile justice systems.  Matt has a drive to make workflow and treatment a frictionless experience that truly disrupts the industry as we know it today. His family founded Wolverine Human Services 30 years ago. Matt has helped lead the agency into a new era of understanding, business, operations, and technology, growing the agency from an annual operating revenue of $28M to $37M in under five years.  Matt is currently the VP of Strategic Development at Wolverine Human Services, driving all aspects of change management, business development, and future vision for the agency.

Robert Graham: COO

Robert has been the lead consultant and key driving force for the coordinated development of the Noble Child solutions. He has a proven track record for growing businesses and achieving high sales growth.  With a BA from the University of Michigan, and a career in Sales and Management, Robert has a passion leading teams and executing on company growth goals. Robert was most recently employed by Torrent Consulting, based in Ann Arbor, MI.  He was hired to lead the large-scale implementation teams, helping to write the book on implementation services at Torrent. Torrent was recognized on the Inc. 5000 list as #164 fastest growing company in America in 2016 and is currently a Salesforce Silver Certified Implementation Partner.
