Matthew Wollack: Founder and C.E.O.
Matt has been the vision and driving force for the development and architecture of the Noble Child solutions. With a BA and MSW both from the University of Michigan, and a 12 Years helping to lead Michigan’s largest child welfare agency, Matt has expertise and understanding of the intricacies of the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. Matt has a drive to make workflow and treatment a frictionless experience that truly disrupts the industry as we know it today. His family founded Wolverine Human Services 30 years ago. Matt has helped lead the agency into a new era of understanding, business, operations, and technology, growing the agency from an annual operating revenue of $28M to $37M in under five years. Matt is currently the VP of Strategic Development at Wolverine Human Services, driving all aspects of change management, business development, and future vision for the agency.
LaShanda Thomas: C.F.O.
LaShanda, CPA is the principal and founder of The Clairmount Group, PLC, a professional services firm located in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan and established in 2002. She founded The Clairmount with the vision of creating an organization where professionals could truly balance their professional careers and family lives. Her vision for The Clairmount Group is to become a firm that leads competitors in two categories – best place for women to work and most innovative in providing client solutions. LaShanda has more than twenty years of comprehensive experience in public accounting, auditing, grants management, financial management, and business advisory services. Her technical expertise in tax, audit and accounting along with her personal approach has allowed her to provide quality services to individuals and business owners in Michigan and throughout the country to help them become successful.
Jordan Schatz: C.T.O.
Jordan is the Chief Technology Officer of Noble Child. He is a polyglot software engineer with extensive experience building software solutions in Clojure, Node.JS, Python and modern cloud-based architectures. Jordan oversees Noble Child’s technological resources, aiming to attain the company’s strategic goals by managing Noble Child’s systems, products and tech infrastructure. Using an active and practical approach, Jordan will direct all employees in IT and IO departments to attain Noble Child’s strategic goals.
His experience leading engineering teams began as a lead developer and then as CTO at two startups in Salt Lake City in 2007. Later, he went on to consult with companies across North America, South America, and Europe on how to scale their software and their teams. After several years Jordan again took a full-time role as CTO for an online grocery store where he lead an organizational and technology transformation for their 50MM/yr e-commerce business, stabilizing their software platform, building an entirely new engineering team, and a bespoke robotic warehouse automation system. Then after a successful tenure, Jordan left to found his own software consultancy where he recruited and led a team of engineers providing services for companies like Universal Music Group, The Acxiom Corporation, and various startups to build software and adopt modern DevOps practices such as containerization & Kubernetes.
